ADVISORY:

Parking passes purchased prior to June 12, 2024 via RecDesk are a physical placard that must be picked up by the patron and be physically displayed in the vehicle on the rear-view mirror.

Passes purchased on June 13, 2024 or later via tocite.net are electronically connected to our ticketing software and requires no display or pick up of a physical placard. 

Parking Permits are available for pick up at the SPRD office at 519 4th Ave (AVTEC Gym) Tue - Sat. And at the City Annex at 238 5th Ave Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm.

A daily pass or seasonal permit is required in order to park in designated municipal lots from May 1 - September 30.

Parking Policies

• Passes/permits are non-refundable
• No camping, loitering, or occupying vehicles overnight
• Oversized vehicles (e.g. RV, truck w/trailer, etc.) must pay for additional space
• Processing fees associated with paying fines or making purchases are the responsibility of the consumer.
• It is the patron's responsibility to utilize the information supplied and familiarize themselves with the rules and limits of each parking lot.

• Slip Holder: $50
• Vehicle & Trailer: $100
• Harbor Area Employee: $50 
• Resident: $50
