Resources
The Lee Poleske Curatorial Workroom is an essential space dedicated to the behind-the-scenes work that ensures the preservation, study, and display of our collections. Here, our Curator, volunteers, and researchers collaborate to maintain collections and enhance the museum’s exhibits.
Contact the Curator to ask about scheduling an appointment for the workroom or microfilm.
Partnerships
The collection of objects, photographs and archives housed and exhibited in our museum spaces are the result of dedicated partnerships between the City of Seward, Resurrection Bay Historical Society (RBHS), and Seward Community Library Association (SCLA). Visit the websites below for more information about their collections, organization and learn how to become a member.
Are you passionate about history? Do you want to make a meaningful contribution to Seward? The Seward Museum would not be what is today without the dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers on our team! We have a variety of roles & projects that match your interests and availability. Contact the Curator to learn more!
