REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LAND APPRAISAL SERVICES
The City of Seward desires to receive proposals from qualified real estate appraisal firms to provide appraisals for several municipal owned properties to determine the Fair Market Value of the Fee Simple Interest of the property and the corresponding lease rate.
Proposal specifications and related documents may be obtained by contacting Tony Sieminski, Harbormaster at tsieminski@cityofseward.net or by calling (907) 224-4357.
Proposal documents should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

Each envelope must be clearly marked “RFP Response – Land Appraisals”
Late proposals or electronic submissions will not be accepted – no exceptions.

The selection of the qualified proposer will be at the sole discretion of the City of Seward, and the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or not to award a contract if deemed in the best interest of the City. This solicitation does not commit the City of Seward to pay any cost incurred in the preparation of the bid or to award any contract.
