NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the following business item at a regular meeting on January 7, 2020.
RESOLUTION 2020-01 OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO POLAR SEAFOODS TO ALLOW MEMBRANE STRUCTURES TO BE USED AS TEMPORARY STRUCTURES TO SERVE AS AN EMPLOYEE CAMPGROUND ON LOT 2A, BLOCK 9, FOURTH OF JULY CREEK SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT
RESOLUTION 2020-02 OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, RECOMMENDING CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF THE REZONING OF FOREST ACRES LOTS OO, PP, AND XX FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R1) TO MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R3)
The hearing will commence at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 410 Adams Street. All interested persons are invited to attend.
